Chris Pearce is an awesome Realtor. He worked with us, helping us secure our new home. He was patient as there isn’t much on the market and it’s very competitive. He was quick to meet with us to make sure we got in early to view new listings, a must when there are so few homes on the market. Another important skill was negotiating our real estate deal, plus he was onsite during the home’s inspection. He’s the kind of realtor you keep for life.
