I rented with them and it was the worst experience. Reaching out to my property manager was SO DIFFICULT and frustrating for he has no answers to any of my questions. Unhelpful and I had to consult BC Tenancy Law directly to clarify my rights. They are bias and I received my deposit two months after my move out and only after I called them multiple times. During collection of deposit, the amount, and collection time was confirmed hours before. When I arrived, they had problems with my deposit and had to wait for a reply from current tenants. I WAITED AT THEIR LOBBY despite receiving an email CONFIRMING the amount and date/time of collection. Truly unprofessional and I have never received such poor customer service. would highly recommend anyone to go somewhere else

I was looking for a rental in Yaletown and Inga from Prompton was an amazing property manager to work with. She arrived on time exactly where she said to meet. She was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and always responded immediately to all my email questions. Her service was impeccable.
