The staff at Property Management Toronto (PMT) is very professional and courteous. We have had an amazing experience working with Daniel C. He is kind, responsive and goes above and beyond supporting his clients. We recently experienced a major water damage issue with one of our properties and Daniel got involved quickly, was super communicative and was happy to resolve the issue. He provided excellent support and handled the situation extremely well. We are very fortunate to have Daniel as our property manager. I highly recommend PMT to anyone looking for a professional manager for their properties.

I have rented my apartment from Toronto property management in 2021. Since then, I have communicated with them a couple of times about repairs, key copy etc. I have always received a prompt reply in a timely manner. Their attention and support has been reassuring. I strongly recommend them!

Property Management Toronto is a very professional, well-run service. From my initial search for my condo rental through to my last days at my unit, all the staff have been very professional and thorough. My property manager Sam was incredible in helping manage what were some very stressful times when major, unexpected repairs needed to be made to my unit. The support made the situation manageable and solutions were found promptly. I would highly recommend PMT and Sam in particular.
