If you’re thinking about sign a lease with Prospero, you should definitely take a good look at their reviews. Today I was invited to visit their new building LAUREL MARPOLE. I was really excited to see the unities. It was my second visit. They sent me an email a few days ago asking the floor plans I’m interested on. I answered right away, and for my surprise, when I got there they had no idea who I was and what unities I wanted to see. Ok, I explained again and the guy (who was completely lost btw) show me the floor plans in a paper, and started giving me wrong prices. I said the prices were not the same I was informed before and he asked me the the other group to wait cause he needed to check the prices. So he came back and he said “ok folks, sorry for that but we don’t have the prices yet. It’s TBD.” Ok, at this point I was almost leaving, but I decided to stay to see one of the unities (they finally found an unity for me). At the end of the visit we were informed that they don’t care about the maintenance, it means, no matter what happens in your unit, if your dishwasher stop working for example, it’s up to you to fix it. They’re not responsible for any fixes.

I had a very great experience with Prospero international company. They have been very genrous and professional considering my situation And helped me out in every possible way. The leasing team have been very quick and efficient in communicating. Overall, i am happy with their services.

After living in Paul Y Mansion for 20 years I expect better service. Elevators had an upgrade a year ago now for the past 4 months another elevator is not working? Elevator closest to the office is dead. Why?!
So much for an upgrade.
Rent is too high for what the tenants expect.
FINALLY a fob to press so no more reaching over to put a key in the key hole to go into parkade.
Lack of security cameras in parkade, lobby, outside area.

We rented an apartment managed by Prospero. Our building manager Tyler was great. Every interaction with him he was friendly, helpful, and took he the time to make sure everything was good.
