Here we go again: How often do we have to complain, badger, and have your janitorial staff come to our unit take pictures of the complaint with ZERO RESULTS.
Last evening we had severe northly winds and and the noise it our home was akin to sitting on a runway behind and aircraft taking off. It surly does not take a rocket scientist to find a solution for this problem. and if you can not fix this problem please allow me to source a competent company to remedy the issue and you pay the for the repair

Two weeks now with no hot water. There is no maintenance staff just a phone line that has a bunch of ppl who cant do anything but ask you to call back later. Biggest scam ever these ppl are vile and take away the utilities you pay for. Someone should sue them

Very disappointing. Have been back and forth through emails and calls. Very hard to book even one viewing or let alone getting a hold of someone. Have been trying to schedule 1 viewing for a month now. My emails get responded to a week to two later. Haven’t been able to get ahold of ANYONE over the phone. Left voicemails. Basically the most pathetic and frustrating experience trying to find a 2 bedroom rental through quadreal. No THANKS.
