I got the pleasure with working with Arvin Nahani, he sold my house in Scarborough at a time when the market was down and I was in desperate need for the money. Arvin really did put a lot of effort in finding me a client to purchase my house, he reached out to friends and colleagues until he found for me the perfect buyer. It was easy to communicate with him, and he was always available when I needed him. Definitely not the last time I will be working with him.

I had the unfortunate experience or dealing with Ross Bongelli. I had to interact with him regarding a unit I was had to rent. He has temper issues, tried to intimidate me over the handover process for a rental unit. He allowed the previous tenant to overstay at the rental unit while I had to wait for possession. He did not even respect the RTA to have the rental unit professionally cleaned before handover. He kept blaming the landlord he was representing and was not responding to my agent either. Moreover, given his anger issues , it’s a shame that he represents a reputed agency like remax condos

I was planning to move from GTA to downtown Toronto and Arvin Nahani provided professional services in order to find the right home for me. All the communication with the owner was flawless through him and deal was done very swiftly.
