What can I say about Josh, other than he’s amazing! He renovated our condo in preparation to sell it and managed to get us 5 solid offers with a final sale of $23,000 over asking! He also managed to accomplish this with only 2 very short open houses!! (Very convienent when you have a small family and a pregnant wife). During this crazy real estate “boom” Josh also worked extremely hard to find my family a house to accommodate our needs but still fit our budget. (Not an easy task in this market!!) Josh is not your “typical” realtor. He has a true passion and talent for carpentry/renovations and is as genuine of a person as there is.
