not recommended..these guys make millions off of people who work hard all their life to buy their dream house. They don’t do thorough investigation and do not understand property architecture..so they will sell you a property with no prospect of renovations..Jay jhand and Manjinder singh did a bad job..no negotiation skills. Just focused on making their commissions..

Dealt with AP Sidhu! And boy was it an experience. She furnished fraudulent documents for both parties, her clients as well as the property owner in a rental agreement. Anybody seeking her professional services be aware of her fraudulent practices just for her personal petty gains. Would be more than happy to share my experience with her future prospective clients via this forum. Disappointment is an understatement!

If you are an OWNER do NOT trust this man with finding a tenant for your home. This man lived in my father’s condo for a year and a half WITH HIS CHILD and when he moved out, he left it completely disgusting. When he was asked why there is mold around the faucet in the kitchen, he said ” I’m a tenant, I pay rent” basically implying he has no reason to keep the place clean. If he feels this way about a place that he lived in with his SON for a year and a half, he definitely will have no issue telling other renters that they can treat rental property like trash.

The agent worked for his commission and not for my benefit when selling my house. I was pushed and scolded over the phone to accept the price what the buyer offered. It looked liked he was working for the buyer and not for me, seller. He also broke his promise to wait for offers and brought me the bully offer to accept. After signing the offer, in two days the market shot up. I am very disappointed.
