We had the privilege of working with Simon King for the sale of my parents’ house and purchase of their new condo as well as purchase of our new condo. Simon was a pleasure to work with. Simon King is very professional, knowledgeable, communicates clearly and very patient as we were 1st time homebuyers. He takes the time to guide, explain and answer our many questions. Every time we find a home to look he gives good advice when asked, never pushes to buy right away but to take time to decide what’s for our family’s best interests. He is a committed realtor even when he was injured he stayed in the car and came w/ his wife (& their kid ) so she can let us in one of the homes we wanted to see.
