I never believed that I would have gone to work with a major brand after having been an independent broker most of my 52 year career but being with RE/MAX Ultimate corrected a mistake that I was making, I should have closed my own years before. The ethics of the brokerage, from Tim Syrianos to all of the support staff and our 250 agents, conform to my standards. There is no compromise and the clients are always first. We are not in business to make deals but to help and to support people. Our offices are modern, our technology state of the art, the help we get, amazing and the front desk and other support staff are friendly, helpful and always have a warm greeting when one comes into the office.I truly have found my home.
Be careful if working with these guys!
Was given given a cheque with an incorrect name. Didn’t even apologize.
Made me go to a complete different office for pick up, another office to get a revised copy of a non certified cheque (which will take daaaaays to deposit).
When asked if they could do a certified cheque, the answer from behind walls was ‘I already told her we won’t do that’. In the first office I was asked to speak to a lady over the phone, but when she was called, she says she wouldn’t talk to me, if I wanted, I could come to her office. People are not very pleasant or polite and are very dismissive.
Funny how you are asked to provide a certified cheque on deposit, but can’t request one back.
Employee had the audacity to say if I wanted one I could go across the street and certify it myself.
Ever heard of customer service?
I would never do business that involves this company again, and would urge you to rethink your choices to avoid any headaches in the future.
Offices smells like it has never been cleaned too, plus horrible cigarette smell right at the entrance on one of their offices.
