My experience with pat was less than pleasurable. Through this experience I realized Pat does not follow instructions and is unable to understand basic signage. Never again.

This guy can’t tell the difference between a resident and visitor parking spot. Hint – it’s written on the stall. Not sure I would trust him with arguably the biggest decision of your life.

Helped me look at properties for over a year, was very patient with me and gave me good advice on what to look for and things to be aware of when buying a new place.
