Amrit was the absolute BEST realtor I could have asked for! I recommend her to anyone and everyone if they are looking to move in the GTA! She is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help you with the moving process.

I was having a tough time finding a reliable and personable realtor while searching for my first one-bedroom apartment after University. As soon as I found Amrit via Facebook Marketplace, she was kind, quick, and attentive to my needs. She responds to ALL of my inquiries with the utmost care and attention, even after my lease was finalized. She’s so genuinely thoughtful and cares about the people she works with & it shows.

She helped me learn the process, negotiated on my behalf, and looked through my paperwork to ensure I was being treated fairly. As a young female with not much knowledge on the market, I felt I was ALWAYS in good hands with Amrit.

I wish I could flesh out all the ways Amrit helped me over the last month, but this review would be way too long! If you’re looking to move and looking for a realtor to go with – do yourself a favour and reach out to Amrit! I can not recommend her enough.

Amrit was amazing to work with, I couldn’t recommend her enough. Before I worked with Amrit I found it difficult to secure myself an apartment in Toronto, despite having a high salary/good credit report – the rental market is a bit crazy right now. Once I decided to reach out to Amrit she was soo helpful and attentive in replying to all my queries, helping me set up lots of viewings for apartments that I liked and finally securing me my dream apartment. I couldn’t be happier and I honestly could not recommend her enough! She was both personal and friendly while at the same time professional and very knowledgeable. I know that without her help I would not have the gorgeous apartment that I have today.

What a waste of time. I reached out to Adam Lee about a listing on Facebook Marketplace the day after it was posted. After no response for a day, I decided to contact via phone and was told he would call me back. After no call back and three other attempted phone calls I found out from another agent the listing was no longer available and had been leased.

I finally was able to connect with Adam who told me how hot the market is right now. I explained my disappointment with his complete lack of communication – not only did he not follow-up with my inquiry but he never once responded to my initial message. I am not sure if someone beat me to the lease, but when Adam told me on the phone “I had no obligation to contact you because no paperwork was exchanged” I nearly lost it.

Due to his complete LACK OF communication I never even had the opportunity to exchange paperwork and get the process going.

What am I supposed to do, time travel? I reached out as soon as humanly possible upon seeing the listing and was met with no responses on multiple occasions.

What a joke. A waste of time, and sheer lack of professionalism. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of clear communication.
