Absolute amazing service. We live in one of their Vancouver West homes for 3 years now, and we have lived in other homes managed by property managers and Refinity Homes takes it to another level. They take care of homes like it is their own. 5/5 recommended.

We had a leak on Christmas Eve morning and the Refinity Home team came within 30 minutes to fix the leak, the team went onto the roof and cleared out the issue. Then their cleaner then spent hours cleaning the home to ensure all the leak and water are gone.

I reached out to Frank for rental management services. While I unfortunately terminated our agreement early, at no fault of the business itself, I can still vouch for the professionalism, transparency, and comprehensiveness of this business.

I had a very bad experience dealing with these guys.
I visited a listing of them and the place was ok but I did not apply for it since I have some flexibility about the move in date. A couple of days before May 1st they contacted us and asked if we were still interested since the place is not rented yet. The place was close to my work place so I said yes.
They started the application process and collected too much information including background check, paystub, government ID, bank account information, job verification, sin number , T4 and other stuff. They kept pushing us for quick documents and verification.
They send me several texts and asked me to tell my manager to reply quicker so they can proceed.
After advertising a price and collecting all the documents, they came to us and told that they would like to increase the price from $2950 to $3000 since now they have another applicant too.

I find these guys very dishonest.
