My partner and I are brand new to Vancouver and didn’t really know what to expect. As first-time home buyers it was quite stressful to find a home that checked all of our boxes especially with our lack of knowledge on the local real estate market. Ron and his team were extremely knowledgable and down to earth, which really made us feel confident and comfortable to work with such an awesome group of people to find our first home. The team went beyond our expectations to ensure we were happy and comfortable.

Ron took extra time to read and go through the strata documents and home inspection report which actually resulted in the discovery of a variance in the listed square footage versus the actual square footage of our unit. This cultivated a stronger leverage for negotiations which lead to a better sales price.

Ron and his team had also made some great recommendations through great connections. We were recommended a team of cleaners to ensure our new home was clean and ready for move-in, an awesome team of painters, and inspector.

I would highly recommend Ron and his group at VPG and I look forward to working with the team again in the future.

I had a really great experience working with this team. They secured a house virtually for their client and we furnished it. I have to say that this service doesn’t exist in Vancouver yet because most realtors are more focused on working with buyers and sellers. Their process of getting the house ready for move-in was exceptional. From cleaning, repainting, furnishing, and even testing out the furniture pieces their clients selected from us was executed well. They go above and beyond and it shows.

I had a great relationship with Ron Parpara and his team, when selling my Vancouver Fairview area condo in Sept. 2022. My home sold in just a week for above asking even in this slow market with high interest rates.

Before listing, I had interviewed 4 realtors from popular firms, two of them came recommended by friends and two of them I googled which is where I short-listed Ron Parpara solely by the high reviews he had. Although all the realtors I interviewed were very pleasant to deal with, two of them wanted me to severely under list. In the end I selected Ron, based on my gut feeling about our compatibility, his personality, and his knowledge and experience in the field. I was not mistaken and the outcome was more than what I expected, but secretly what I had hoped for.

In the days leading up to the listing and all throughout, the communication was constant, the staged photos turned out great and Rochele, one of the administrators was wonderful to deal with. Ron even had private showings the week before listing and 16 showing in the first 5 days of listing. There was no need for an open house as I accepted an offer on day 5. I am a very happy home-seller and I will surely use this company again. I have already recommended them to my neighbours and some friends. I would recommend to anyone who’s looking for a realtor to go ahead and at least interview Ron when selling or buying a home.

A few months ago, my family and I moved back to Vancouver having lived abroad for many years. As you can imagine, during a pandemic, in a heated housing market, searching homes from abroad is an immense challenge. All the more important in that situation, is to have an agent on your side that understands you, can relate to you, is fast and responsive, and is genuinely dedicated to do everything in his power for you. We couldn’t be happier with the result. Ron found us a detached house in Vancouver West in a prime location, we called it a “Vancouver Special” because what we were looking for is so rare nowadays. Obviously the public interest was huge and we would never have secured it if Ron had not positioned us so perfectly. He built rapport with the other agent and his overall communication and professionalism proved to be the deciding factors. After the move in, he continued to help with anything we needed.
Now that we are settled in we look back on this incredible experience, the kids are having so much fun in their new house as you can see from this picture. They can’t stop laughing.. 🙂 We especially love our backyard space where we can sit, unwind and enjoy a breeze after these long hot summer days. All thanks to Ron, simply the best in Vancouver.
