Ron went above and beyond in this housing journey with me. There were a lot of ups and downs and he was patient, accommodating, kind, and compassionate all throughout. He was always available to my anxious questions and he was a balm throughout the entire process. We must have seen 3,000 homes together in the short time and he made the process so easy and smooth despite my personal context. My wife and I worked with Ron to buy our townhouse a few years ago and recently for the sale of that townhouse and purchase of a new house.

Ron made the entire process as easy and stress free as possible. He brought in very professional photographers to do photos and kept us up-to-date with showing requests. He also made himself available for us late into the night while we negotiated our sale.

When purchasing our house Ron took us to see many different houses on the market and was constantly available for us. He also made us aware of houses that were about to be listed. I appreciate that Ron never pressured us to make an offer on something we weren’t certain on. He would also make us aware of any concerns he had about any of the properties which was nice in the cases where it may have been something important to us that we hadn’t considered. We ended up buying a new-build and Ron walked us through the intricacies of buying new.

Ron never made me feel like I couldn’t ask him a question or voice a concern. When we move in the future we will definitely be using Ron again.
