I would recommend Royal First Realty to every realtors who is considering changing brokerage. The managing broker respectable Paul Shin is the most knowledgeable and experienced one I ever met in Vancouver. He knows everything! The other manager Kate Huang is always helpful whenever you are in need. You will be taken good care of in here.

Xaviera Xian was a liar an unprofessional. She was the Seller’s agent that promised to remove the wardrobe but it didnt happen. She made excuse that she didnt have time at possession day by not giving us a chance to inspect the property with her witness. When asked abt which lights didn’t work based on inspection report she was babling about seller was kind enough to give the wardrobe and they were sensitive because they got back up offer higher than mine which was so unrelated. the laundry was molded due to never been cleaned and stated on the report and she promised the seller would clean but it didnt happen either.

We are very pleased with the honesty and integrity demonstrated by Mr. Shin. We would not hesitate working with him again.
