We write to thank Black Tusk Realty but more specifically Steve de Wolf for all his hard work during the purchase of our first home. Being first time home buyers and new to Canada we required additional assistance and Steve was more than happy to offer his time and expertise throughout the process. Steve was extremely professional and made my partner and I feel supported throughout each stage in the viewing and completion stages. Without Steve’s representation we are sure we wouldn’t have found such a wonderful first home in Squamish at such a good price considering the highly competitive market. As first time home buyers we were a bit clueless and didn’t know where to start. Initially we had been checking out new developments exclusively without representation and only met Michelle when we decided we should broaden our horizons into the resale market. Michelle was the listing realtor for a property we wanted to view and though that one didn’t fit our needs we knew we wanted to conure working with her. Through numerous showings, phone calls with silly questions at all hours of the day, solid advice, her honesty, an offer that fell through, and a bit of luck we found the home that was right for us. All of this went down without us ever feeling pressured one way or another. Throughout the sale process she walked us through the process with patience and care. She provided us with a list of recommended businesses in the community (lawyer, home inspector, etc.) and they were all solid. On closing day and beyond she has continued to take care of us to make sure we settled in okay and felt welcome in Squamish. We’ve had our new home a few weeks now and could not be happier and much of that is thanks to Michelle.

Marianne is great to work with would recommend her as a realtor whether buying or selling in Squamish. We are faithful clients of 7 years. She explains things is realistic and easy to work with.

We just sold our place in Shannon estates in Squamish BC we used Michael Tremblay from Royal Lepage. He was very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. He answered all the questions that me and my wife Stacy had.
