I would not recommend hiring this Real Estate Branch at all. The lack of professionalism from Arash Solaimani is stunning: he put a listing with an “open house” on Saturday Sept. 4th. After numerous unanswered phone calls and texts, he finally confirmed the day prior (@6pm) it was still going to be shown. Saturday comes, 4 groups of people waiting outside under the rain. No picking up phone calls, no texting. This is compeltely unacceptable. After a while, he finally answered another call saying there was an accepted offer. He didn’t even bothered canceling the open house on his website. Avoid him at all costs!!

Good for real estate, the fees are good but to sell fast the other side doesnt like 1% deals so sometimes for other realtors thats a bad deal as buyer side.
