In 2002 with Sam McDadi guiding and financial assistance we purchased our first home. It was a wonderful experience and when we decided to sell our home twenty years later, Sam McDadi represented us again. We purchased a new home in Stoney Creek and sold our house in Oakville in two days well above asking. Sam also arranged a bridge loan for this transaction (n/c) and just like twenty years ago we were amazed how Sam and his team managed all the details. Sam’s warmth, love and personality brought us closer together over the years and Sam is now part of our family. When we are settled in our new home we hope Sam will
