This Brokerage is not organized!!! Trying to make a wire transfer was so painful. so first they sent the wrong deposit info to my agent and was missing a banking code required to make all wire transfers. after 3 phone calls and 2 answering machines i finally got a hold of someone who then sent me another deposit form. except this one also did not include the code that i specificy asked for. Called again and was transfered to someone who finally emailed me the correct code! only problem was they never included there own address so i after waiting in line at the bank for a second time i once again had to call back this brokerage to get there address which was never included on any of the deposit forms sent to me. so after an hour and a half and 3 tries lining up at the bank i was finally able to give them my deposit. they requested that I send an additional 17$ on top of my deposit when the receive a deposit costs 10$ according to TD bank. so that 7$ i guess is a tip for there incredible service!!! bunch of crooks!!!! This brokerage misses the mark on details which when making the biggest purchase of my life are very important.

Horrible customer experience. Abhishek Grover was our home’s new buyer’s realtor and the service we received from him was beyond horrible. There are no words that can go to explain how unprofessional, rude and disrespectful this realtor is. If I was able to give no stars I truly would. Has no sense of human courtesy no sense of respect and no sense in how to truly deal with customers. If your clients aren’t okay with a minor chip in the wall then tell them to buy a brand new build not a preoccupied home! We have moved 5-6 times in the past and it has always been so perfect but this one was the worst! Everyone I share our experience with is in awe with the lack of common sense this realtor has. Never ever recommending this realtor to anyone!
