The Bosa team are extremely professional, diligent and friendly. We recently moved in as renters into one of their developments, and decided shortly after to purchase from them. The quality and thoughtfulness put into the homes is of the highest developer quality. Their sales team worked closely with us to find our perfect home and in the end we really felt as though we had a full team behind us in our transition from renters to home owners. I can’t recommend them enough.

Viewed the display units. Not impressed with the bedrooms – very tiny with small closets. Garage, flex space and dining/living floors are decent designs. For this price in Squamish, I would definitely expect more square footage. Also, didn’t appreciate the tone of the sales manager Tamara – came across bit snooty.

I work with the glazing contractor to install custom shower enclosures in this new development. The commute is a breeze compared to Maple Ridge. Good community for families. Close to the adventure activities.
