I agree 100% with the other reviewer about the change in this building. We too are original tenants since July 2017 and since Serge left, the building atmosphere and upkeep has completely changed for the worst. We would see him all the time around the building working and he always had a smile and hello. He was personable and more importantly had common sense and always responded to our emails and resolved our issues. Aragon clearly put the current manager Bobby there just to keep the seat warm when Serge left. He has no knowledge of anything, is socially awkward and kinda creepy looking(walking around in his ratty old track pants and dirty t-shirt hanging down to his knees). Did Aragon actually interview this guy in person and say, “hey, he’ll be a great ambassador for our building”.

Not a perfect place but it’s pretty darn good!
