Stephen Wong has been our point of contact for two years. He is responsible, professional, open, honest and considerate. He responds within 24 hours and also forwards messages from the Strata to us. He solves issues on our behalf in the most speedy and professional way, every repair we report is quickly fixed. We have been very fortunate with Stephen and would highly recommend Stephen Wong and Siegle properties as property managers.

Our strata corporation was managed by Siegle for 8 years. Our previous property manager, Edward Jang, who is no longer with Siegle as of February 2020, provided us with three 6-figure repair quotes that were all written by the same contractor (confirmed via meta data within the PDF files), two of which impersonated other construction companies. Edward was replaced with Darren Ma as our property manager and I see great reviews about Darren that I don’t doubt but the damage had already been done and we were already transitioning to new management. Prior to being managed by Edward, we were managed by Norman Ma, the owner of Siegle, and based on anecdotes told to me by fellow owners, Norman did not manage our strata very well and often cut corners or did not follow the processes correctly. My limited interaction with their customer service staff was inefficient with back and forth communication and the transition to our new property management was handled very poorly. I’m not the kind of person who write reviews so believe me when I go out of my way to write this to stay away from this company, more specifically, their property management services.

Darren Ma has been unbelievable helpful in securing our home. He is fast and efficient for short notice appointments and reached out to us quickly when initial offers fell through. Provided very pragmatic advice for our life stage in navigating the Vancouver realty market instead of solely looking out for his self-interest. Would definitely recommend.

Darren Ma, one of the best realtor and negotiator out there. He was able to help us purchase our home within our budget. He is very professional, reliable and knowledgable about his job and the housing market. He’s been very helpful and making sure we understand everything, especially for us first time home buyer. Always there, very open, tries to answer every question and explains it in detail. We highly recommend him. And he is such a great guy!
