I decided to go for them because I saw they sold one of my neighbor’s houses at a very good price. And then Darren sent a team to help me out. They are all specialized in different things. List agent(Justine), staging designer, packagers, cleaner, etc.

After moving out, I gave them the key and they got everything ready for sale. It was a very easy process for me and they always responded very fast and explained things to me with patience.

And my townhouse was sold within a week with no condition in Feb. All my neighbors said it was sold at a very good price. I am really happy with their service and already recommended them to one of my neighbors :).

Our experience with Slavens was excellent. They were very communicative about their process as well as what would be necessary to get our house to market. The team was stealth like, from organizing and clean-up to staging, there was always someone there managing every detail (thank you Britany!). We found Daren to be incredibly thoughtful and considerate throughout, we can’t thank both him and Marc for all their patience.

Realtors Diana and Raul really care about their clients. It was a pleasure to have Slavens & Associates to take care of our real estate needs after a bad experience with a Realtor from other agency. Our condo was sold after 12 days in the market. We couldn’t sell it with the previous realtor. Totally recommended!
