Recently listed a property in Squamish with Steve and he exceeded ALL expectations. Steve managed everything from the valuation, home inspection, improvements, and scheduling of viewings, all seamlessly while the property was tenanted. Charismatic and highly driven, Steve worked extremely hard and despite us almost giving up finding our next property, Steve persevered and pulled the rabbit from the hat, thank you! He is very conscientious, detailed and a great communicator. We felt supported every step along the way and his knowledge of local companies to help in the process of selling or buying, quick touch-ups, estimates for renovations, which law firm etc etc Steve proved a wealth of knowledge. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and would absolutely use him again.
