My partner and I met Phil Reigh this summer and we instantly knew we wanted to work with him to find our future home. His warm kind presence made us feel comfortable and relaxed.

In the first email conversation, we saw how committed Phil was with the details and the quality of information he provided. As first-time buyers during COVID-19, we knew this might take some time and that we would have a lot of questions! A large proportion of communication was over the phone and emails as we had limited time to speak in person. Phil was always available and responded promptly to all our very lengthy emails, very professional, and very personable with all communication, it was genuinely a pleasure. Phil kept us in the loop with all the updates with integrity and provided us with direct news we needed to hear. He gave us some great advice and he openly shared all his knowledge with us to better inform us to make a decision.

A few bumps in the road with the common outbid process and other usual things but Phil’s positivity and encouragement kept us going and we are so grateful we came across the property we did and were able to successfully make an offer that was accepted the same day. We know Phil will be alongside us all the way until we move into our home and are so grateful for the service he provides.

Steve Triantafillou of Stilhavn did incredible job of working with us to find the perfect home in Vancouver. First, he listened closely to our needs and directed us to listings that were spot on. As first time buyers in the market, Steven was able to walk us through the process and terms that were new to us. He provided valuable guidance on pricing and negotiation strategy. Finally he made sure our completion took place on time by physically visiting banks for us while were out of town.

Unfortunately had to negotiate a deal with a Stilhavn realtor, Bret. Everything appeared smooth until possession date upon which we were handed over a property in breach of contract. The bathtub plumbing was leaking, the kitchen faucet was broken and not functional, and the front door handle was broken. Beware of Stilhavn and their realtors – unfortunate combination of legal battles and distrust.

After the 1st meeting with Michele Laurent we knew we could trust her with the estate sale of my Sister’s condo.
Michele came with everything we needed to know, including things we hadn’t even thought of.
We can’t thank Michele enough for her kindness, thoughtfulness and how she went above and beyond to make this sale less stressful.
