The company has been very professional up to now. We moved in on May 15th and everything was good with the apartment and with the professionals we dealt with. The manager Jeff Gao has been very quick to answer and clarify things.

Not impressed one bit. Rental agent requested deposit be e-transferred to agents personal email . Rental agent verbally confirmed acceptance of client to lease, then sent a vague text 3.5 hours later saying sorry no deal. Both actions are highly unprofessional.
