Had to call the cops on Ryan Eagleton to get him to stop calling our house asking to sell our house. He wouldn’t leave us alone. Even when I opened a Harassment Case with the Port Moody PD and told him the police had been notified he continued to harass my family. Then when we go to sell our house he makes a bogus offer on the house for way less than it’s worth. The contract wasn’t even done properly. Such an immature excuse for a realtor. Can’t believe I had to call the police to get this guy to stop hounding our family.

Ryan was able to help us get into a much coveted town home in Port Moody!! He did a wonderful job. We would work with him again in a heartbeat. Thanks Ryan!

We hired Ryan Eagleton to help us find our first home. Ryan was never aggressive or tried to push us into a purchase we weren’t comfortable with. The first thing he said when we sat down to plan out our strategy was: “lets look at everything that available”. When we found the home we were very interested in, Ryan did thorough due diligence, surveyed other properties in the value for comparable pricing, and provided us with insights into how the investment may appreciate over time. Ryan carefully walked us the through the offer process and was available at a moment’s notice for questions. even when we considered walking away from the deal, Ryan supported us in the decision and simply provided us with pros and cons. Again, never any pressure, only advocacy. Ryan asked all the questions we didn’t think of and even some we weren’t comfortable asking. Ryan made the purchase of our first home an excellent experience and we will be asking him to help us again when the time comes

Ryan was extremely professional and always available/open for discussion since day one. He was extremely courteous in working with our timelines and was always available for showings, meetings, calls…etc. What we really appreciated about Ryan was his open and honest assessment and opinions, but ability to still support what we wanted 100% even if it was against his recommendations. Would definitely recommend Ryan and the Eagleton group!
