This is a wonderful place for a small business or temporary venture to have an office – It is an affordable, secure and if you want, a complete set up. Equally important, James Soo and the Enterprise staff are very supportive of their tenants, providing excellent and flexible services, especially for community based enterprises. My experience with the Enterprise Centre is long standing. I rented a small office here for 2.5 years and still maintain a virtual office at this address. And in this time, I have seen many other tenants who, like myself, were very pleased at the economical and supportive arrangements.

Wonderful office space for businesses. Our staff did some security and surveillance improvements and the owner and receptionist are very kind wonderful people. Great location! And as a company who benefited from this type of office space in the past, we recommend this location for how well ran it is.
