Jay Hazelwood from The Hazelwood Team was a great realtor for my recent search for a condo. He was very professional and responsive to all my questions honestly and timely. I also did not feel pressured or rushed during my condo search which was very appreciated as I wanted to make sure I liked and was sure about my first home purchase. Viewing appointments were set up timely once I sent my favourite listings and COVID safety protocols were followed during the viewings. The whole process with my first home purchase was very informative and smooth. Jay had up-to-date knowledge of the current market and building strata inquiries and really listened to my needs/wants in a home.
