Okay here is my story – The Information Guys took the time to really understand my needs and what I was looking to achieve with the sale of my home. They provided me with a detailed market analysis and gave me valuable advice on how to prepare my home for sale. They went above and beyond to make sure that my home was presented in the best possible light to potential buyers.

Their team helped me stage my home, take professional photographs and created a virtual tour that showcase all the features of my home. I was impressed with their dedication and attention to detail throughout the entire process.

It was amazing to see how quickly my home was under contract, and the team helped me navigate through the closing process with ease. They were always available to answer any questions I had and made sure that I was comfortable every step of the way.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Jashan is an amazing realtor and the one thing that comes to mind after my experience with him is his amazing customer service. Texts or calls were always answered within minutes of sending them. He brought listings to my attention that suited the needs of my family and my budget as well as showed me properties where I could potentially save money as well. He was very knowledgeable on house viewings and pointed out potential maintenance issues we should investigate. He even toured a few properties for me when I couldn’t physically be there. When writing offers he even advised me at what point that I would be overpaying and when I should just walk away which goes to show he’s not just in it to make his commission but he really cares about finding you the right home and more importantly for the right price. He also was also very strategic with the how we presented our offer and was good at negotiating which I really worked out favorably for me. Although I’ve purchased real estate before I’ve never purchased a house of this size before and Jashan was there to help through every single step and I am very thankful for that. If customer service & honestly is what your looking for then you won’t go wrong with Jashan!

Words genuinely fall short when it comes to praising the hard work and dedication AJAY put towards helping my family and I purchase our home. He is a well-mannered, hard-working, soft-spoken, intelligent, approachable, kind, caring, ambitious, understanding, optimistic, strong-minded and super trust-worthy individual.

Ajay has a way with making his clients feel safe and secure and at ease; he genuinely takes the time to simplify and explain things/answer questions to make the entire process smooth and worry-free from start to finish. Another trait that makes him stand out from the rest is his patience and willingness to treat others with the utmost respect possible and his values/upbringing most definitely reflect in that.

Ajay has all the knowledge and he goes out of his way to make sure his clients have the best possible experience when working with him to either sell or purchase a property.
