I’m grateful to have had Matt as our realtor. As first time home buyers (with not a huge budget), he went above and beyond and made us feel well taken care of, while also putting our needs ahead of making a sale. He was flexible with showings and always open to questions. Our virtual walk-throughs were a breeze. He was great about travelling an hour away to do them. And also very good at letting us know to watch for or be informed about – which we wouldn’t have known otherwise. All in all, Matt’s a trustworthy, patient, & knowledgeable realtor. This is the second time I have worked with Matt to purchase a home. He is trustworthy, patient and went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase. Matt and Taylor are an awesome team. I have my fair share of dealings with real estate agents in past 30 years. Matt and Taylor are by far the best! They took their time to get to know my family and learn our needs. When helping us to look for our home, their focus was on “our needs” instead of price. They NEVER pushed us to buy a higher priced home. They provided us with honest opinions for each home we viewed and explained what worked/not to worked for my family. Matt did not hesitate to tell us either when listing prices of houses were too high for the locations/conditions. He has good knowledge of building construction. He was able to make constructive suggestions for required modifications based on my family’s needs. Taylor was always on top of making/changing appointments, answering questions and preparing necessary paperwork. She kept an eye on the houses we were interested in viewing/offering and informed us any change immediately. They also have connections in all trades related to purchasing a house such as mortgage broker, house inspector, home insurance broker… just to name a few. Buying a house is NO easy task! They sure make our life easier by providing assistant/suggestions every step of the way. We did NOT expect to get our home this fast. We were just sort of looking around… With their help, we found and purchased our home within two months. I know it wasn’t an easy job as two families (my brother’s and mine) bought the house together with separate needs. We truly appreciate their help and highly recommend them to any family that wishes to purchase their own home!

Matt was fantastic. Was always available during my hectic schedule. I did not feel any pressure from him, which was exactly what I needed given my timeline. When it came time to put an offer on a property, Matt walked me through step by step as I was a first time buyer. Highly recommended and will be going back when it comes time to purchase again.
