I tend to shy away from writing public reviews in general, especially on Google. But this is going to be one exception I’m happy to make. I am so grateful to Raymond Pace and his stellar team for seeing my mom and me through a difficult period of transition. My elderly parents had been living in their home for 35 years, and after my dad passed away, we had sell the house so we could relocate my disabled mom to an assisted living facility. We had virtually no help. But Raymond’s team stepped up and came over to help clear away the clutter for the staging, make helpful suggestions on how to make the home presentable to buyers, and took us by the hand every step of the way. They also helped in regards to recommending lawyers, a handyman to fix what needed fixing, and answering any and all questions we had about the daunting process of selling the home along the way.
