Tristan and Michael have guided us through purchasing two homes in Victoria in the last 7 years, and assisted my parents with the hunt for their perfect home. We had the pleasure of working with Michael and Tristan Ziegler for our recent purchase of a condominium, for our daughter to live in while attending the University of Victoria. What made the process even more complicated is that we live in Vancouver and given the current state of the market when a property would become available on MLS, we would have to act quickly. Thankfully we had Tristan who would do an initial drive-by of the property, take photos and have us “view” the property on FaceTime. It made the search seamless. Ultimately we found the perfect property. Tristan had us on for a Facetime viewing that evening, an in-person viewing two days later and facilitated an offer process that resulted in us obtaining a great condominium. Michael and Tristan’s experience and knowledge allowed us to formulate a plan to present the best offer to the sellers which was ultimately accepted in a competing bid situation. I would highly recommend Tristan and Michael to any buyers looking to purchase property in Victoria or the surrounding area.

I have been friends with Tristan since grade school. After moving back to Victoria from Toronto this past summer, I immediately got in contact with the Zieglar’s to help my family and I with our search for our new home. From start to finish they were on the ball as far as scheduling showings, knowledgeable about things to look for in the homes we were looking at and also what a fair price point is. After a few months of being patient the right house came up and Tristan made the deal seamless and stress free. All the relators we dealt with were very professional and patient with us. We have been close friends with the Ziegler family since 1980 and have had ample time to understand and appreciate what this 3-generation family has created with their real estate business. First Lorraine, then Michael and now Tristan.

Michael sold us our first home in 1986 in the Gonzales neighbourhood. He found the perfect home for us, our very first home, and we lived there for 36 years. In August 2022 history repeats and Tristan sold our family home.

Our home was unique and so was challenging to sell, especially in today’s market. We are grateful we had the best team in town. Thank you!
