When we told her the price we wished to list at her eyebrows raised, but we went on to inform her of the upgrades and features that we knew set us apart. I met Tracy Goodwin at a Open House. I was thinking about selling my home and downsizing. Tracy kept in touch with me until I finally made the decision to sell. Though I sold for a little less than I was hoping for, I did find Tracy very dedicated, always on time for open houses, and was very professional in the real estate field. Tracy kept in touch, after I made my move, with updates and info on the real estate market

I actually met Tracy through my husband. Her group had rented a meeting space where he worked. Another friend purchased a new condo with Tracy’s help and was very pleased with the experience.
Tracy helped us with the sale of our townhouse and the purchase of a condo.
Tracy was very patient with us. We thought first that we might purchase a house with our son and daughter in law. We looked at a few houses with that in mind but in the end that was not going to work out for us. Then I got sick and we had to put the whole idea of moving on hold.
We revisited the idea of moving again almost 2 years later. We had decided to downsize to a condo then. Tracy took us to several to see. Nothing seemed just right. We ended up finding out that a friend was moving and selling so we had an opportunity to purchase before it even went on the market. Tracy helped us through the whole process. I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. When our townhouse was on the market we had multiple offers. She was an expert negotiator and we ended up with the best deaI possible. I should mention too that Tracy helped us sell property back in Ontario. She found a realtor in the local Century 21 office who was able to get it sold.
All in all it was a positive experience with Tracy. That’s why I didn’t hesitate to recommend her to my son and daughter in law when they were ready to move. I would recommend her to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell a house or condo.
