Great course, there are some mistakes in the content but if you refer to the bulletins put out by UBC then you’re golden. There are some contradictory answers in the materials which I would love to discuss with UBC.

They aren’t so much interested in teaching as they are in collecting money from you. Textbooks and assignments are full of errors – I have submitted dozens of corrections, myself. Everyone except the senior tutor has such shallow understanding of the material that tutoring assistance is slow and often unhelpful. Update: There is a new Executive Director Licensing Education who is, hopefully, going to improve the delivery of the courses.

My wife took a course here and she was very impressed.

I learned my real estate pre-licensing courses here. Obtained the real estate trading, rental property management, mortgage broker (sub-mortgage broker), strata property management, and broker pre-licensing certificates.
