Vancouver All Stars – Real Estate Team

Jess is the man! Not only is he hilariously funny, but he’s also fluent in 4 different languages (and a dozen different accents for good measure). Most importantly, he is a true pro with a vast amount of knowledge and connection in everything related to real estate. Whether you are the buyer or the seller, looking for something for your own or investing, residential or commercial, Jess will be able to help you with the deal from start to finish. Among the sea of different real estate agents, Jess truly stand head above others and has my most whole hearted recommendation.

As a first-time homebuyer, I was quite intimidated by the market prices and the many legal terms within real estate. Jess was very friendly and was really considerate in taking the time to explain the whole process of purchasing a property in layman’s terms. He was very responsive in answering all my questions and openly communicated his objective point of view as an expert in the field. His expertise, professionalism, and communication skills helped me to purchase my first home and qualify for the exemption! Would not hesitate to recommend Jess and his team to my friends and family!

Jess and his team provided excellent services with my case. They’re always very attentive to the details and my needs, and always give useful advices at the right time. Having them is like having a friend who would look out for you in housing business. I can’t be thankful enough for Jess and his crew to help me seal the deal; they really went out and beyond. DEFINITELY would recommand them to anyone who has property needs!

In a tough real estate market nowadays, my family didn’t even know where to start. Then, a childhood friend of mine introduced Jess to me and his guidance helped my family through what would’ve been a tough ride very smoothly. We are very happy with the entire process and result. I will surely be referring Jess and his team to my families and friends in the future!
