Properties don’t sell themselves: REALTORS sell them. Our previous representing agent couldn’t sell our property for almost 7 months. Mr.Zack, however, did it in 3 days, and over asking. We were absolutely blown away! Moreover, Corey actually understands and respects the Code of ethics, as mandated by the Real Estate Association. Very respectful, polite, organized, punctual, sincere and most importantly: honest!

We loved working with Corey for his professionalism, he helped us to sell our home at a fairly good price since we have some debts need to be paid off. He listens to the client’s need(in terms of location for purchasing, listing price) which not a lot of realtors will do. In addition the team he hired for photography and measurements are exceptional. The photos turned out to be fabulous and thus that was one of the reason our unit was sold promptly, and of course lots of arrangements, advertising, organizing, cleaning and etc. Speaking of advertising, Corey has got a strategy of targeting the right market. Each time when there is was private showing he always there to present our home, as well he answered questions and concerns from the buyer in a timely manner which really helped the sell of our home. Overall I will recommend Corey for anyone who needs a hard-working realtor to sell their property.

Corey was wonderful to work with and helped us to buy our first apartment! As we all know, it’s quite a journey to purchasing your first place in Vancouver and surrounding areas and Corey’s positive attitude and even temperament helped to balance out all the anxiety and doubt that goes into purchasing a place for the first time.
