My husband and I are first time home buyers, and can say without a doubt that Christopher Walker provided top quality of care regarding our first home buying experience. We had a bad experience prior to meeting Christopher, in which the other realtor was insisting we buy hundreds of thousands of dollars over what we could afford, would not answer our emails, and had poor communication skills. Christopher has been the exact opposite of this, and for that my family is very thankful.

As first time home buyers Christopher ensured that we were aware of the ins and outs of everything to do with buying a home. He explained everything to us thoroughly and answered all questions we had ensuring we had ample informed consent. He made sure that we only looked at homes that we could afford, and homes that we would be comfortable and happy to live in for years to come. In addition to this, Christopher is extremely prompt and would contact appropriate persons right away. He would keep us in the know about everything, and follow up with us regardless of how busy he was. He made sure all information was communicated clearly and that my family was not left waiting for answers. During our time working with Christopher, he treated us with kindness, and more as family friends.

The real estate market has proven to be difficult in these trying times, and Christopher ensured our difficult criterion was met, and that we found our dream home. He provided his honest opinions for homes that would be appropriate for my family. After our home had been purchased, he went above and beyond and with contacting the builder to ensure that everything would be perfect for us.

Further to this, Christopher is a kind and genuine person. He has done so much for us, and has made this such a positive experience. We are thankful we have met him, and would recommend his services to all. 100/100 percent of the time. Even after we had bought our home, he continues to answer our questions and concerns and ensure everything will be perfect upon our move in date, from house warming gifts to offering help with whatever we need. The through care has been immensely appreciated, as there are many realtors out there that may make individuals feel as nothing more than a sale.

Rob Freeman was our realtor for a recent purchase of a condo at Mount Washington. Rob was always available and willing to go the extra mile (literally) to meet us to view the properties that we were interested in and was always quick to respond to phone, email, and text inquiries.

Christopher Walker is a fabulous real estate agent. He went over and above to welcome us to the area and help us find the perfect home. He offered to drive us around neighbourhoods on the weekend to get to know them, knock on doors to meet our prospective neighbours, and come to our new place to help us scrub the smoke smell off the walls. It is clear from the moment he meets you that he really cares about his clients, and this is more than just a sales transaction to him. Chris is very friendly and talkative and can come on quite strong especially in the beginning as you are just getting to know him. Don’t let this scare you away. He has a heart of gold and a very strong work ethic. He will practically work around the clock, 7 days a week, to find you the perfect home. He did for us, and we can not recommend him highly enough!

If you are looking for a real estate agent who’s main goal is to sell your home with the least amount of
stress to you then look no further than Christopher Walker. From the first day we met he was
professional and looked out for my best interests from beginning to end. When I contacted Chris last
summer I was anxious and unsure about selling my home. He reassured me that he would guide me
through the process with no pressure. After much thought I decided that the time was not right for me
to sell. Chris stayed in touch and invested his time in maintaining a connection even though I wasn’t
ready to sell. During this time we became friends. When I was finally ready to sell, Chris was there to
guide and support me through the whole process promising that he would take care of every little detail
