We though that the price he suggested was on the low side but trusted him, the end result was that we sold in 9 days while other properties in our area stayed on the market chasing the curve of falling house prices and continuously dropped their prices. If we hadn’t listened we definitely would have sold later and for less. If we had to sell another house in the same area we would definitely use Jurgan again.
