I moved to Vancouver and I was searching for a while for a property. Alex was referred by one of my friend. I explained to him what I am looking for, location wise, sqft, how many bedrooms, how many bathroom and also I wanted water and Mountain view. He showed me only three properties and he finally nailed it.
