The first thing you need to know about Seva Roberts is the man is a human dynamo. Energetic and resourceful he loves what he does for you. He is very well connected, effectively proactive, generous and industrious. I live in another province and not only did I sign on with an award winning real estate agent he brought with him the best of home maintenance resources in the city. Living over 5000 miles away, I needed peace of mind in the care and presentation of my house and Seva provided that in spades.
I met Seva in 2015 when, after a renovation, he came to my home to provide an estimate of the amount of rent I could expect. He did this without expectation of any kind. At the time he also provided me with incredible photographs of the interior, again without any expectation. For the next seven years I used his pictures whenever I posted my house for rent online. But because of his act of selfless generosity I had decided that when I sold I would list it with Seva. In October 2022 I did just that. The house sold in November in a seemingly impossible market even receiving multiple offers.
