From the moment we met Kirk, he demonstrated skill and confidence that can only come from a wealth of experience. As first-time home buyers, he encouraged us to see many homes before even considering putting an offer on any of them. With each home we went into he explained the pros and cons of the home, sharing with us which elements of the home are likely to attract more resale value and aspects of the home that other homeowners have expressed frustration with. The entire time Kirk was working in our best interest and protected us in the buying process. Kirk prevented us from making rookie mistakes and buying a property that would not be a good fit for us. With each property we did put an offer on, Kirk acted as our representative and worked hard to get us the best price. When we did find the home we ultimately purchased, Kirk worked very hard and deployed the best negotiating tactics to get us the best price for the property. Kirk was even able to get a price well below the top-end of our budget! Even after the sale was finalized Kirk stayed connected and made sure that every aspect of the closing went smoothly.

Working with Kirk was truly amazing and we could not have asked for a better realtor during our first home-buying experience.
