Very happy with service, since we had bad experience with previous Property Mngmt, in the same building, but now Wynn team take the management of our building they respond on time, for our email, calls are answered right away, they listen to tenants problems , they really care about tenants, and they take every comment seriously, this week we had issues I send email, they took prompt action, my fridge was not working, the manager is updating me with what he is doing’s about it.
They did inspection of the unit for all issues
