As a first time home buyer, I can say that I knew little to nothing about the process of buying a home. So I picked up a real estate newspaper and called the first realtor that caught my eye and oh man thank god i did.

Juhan and Ben helped me choose the right place that fits my needs and also has good investment value. Juhan negotiated with the previous owner to lower the price significantly (this guy must be good at gambling). He connected me to a mortgage broker from TD that gave me a really good rate and also frequently followed up with him to make sure things go smoothly. Ben was so resourceful and honestly went way out of his way to help me make the right decision.
