Allistair Young is a realtor I can easily recommend to my all close contacts. He is definitely reliable, highly knowledgeable in this area and works for my interest which I give full marks along the course of my home acquisition.
His communication skill is excellent especially towards foreigner like myself and answers my queries promptly and efficiently.
In my situation, the property had a certain level of difficulty due to the number of interested parties and a bidding process that was over a long holiday weekend plus I needed a fast possession of my home purchase, Alistair was of great help in every situation and most of the time he’s on top of all the paperwork and communication making the whole process easy and efficient.
Now since I’ve moved into my property post-sale, I needed further information and the land survey report. Allistair was efficient as before and I got the them within an hour from him. That is where I conclude this realtor really loves to work with his client and loves his job.
All in all I highly recommend Allistair as an excellent top class realtor and a 6 star personality.
