My home was up for sale, however, I was having tenant issues that effected the cost of my home due to not being able to freshen it up, as well as repair. Lou had amazing advice, as well as Alison, in which helped me through. Ashleigh does the administration in the office and was a breath of fresh air to speak with. Ashleigh took time to talk, and was extremely prompt with emails, also phone calls. Alison is a force to reckon with by nature, and Lou has that gentle but firm nature, their knowledge and kindness goes above and beyond. It was a rocky road for me due to circumstances, however, Alison stayed in contact with me for advice and an ear, not to mention a shoulder to lean on. When I was dealing with the lawyers, the buyers lawyers, the stress was horrible, however, Alison, Ashleigh, and Lou that is recovering with a heart issue, we’re there for me. Lou even sent someone to my home to take care of a sticky lock during a viewing; which I had no knowledge of till long dealt with. He didn’t want to bother me with small details for added stress. There were many things leading up to closing that I can list that this team helped make me feel secure, confident and positive.

Selling is very stressful sometimes, we as the sellers get caught up with our own issues and forget of the many issues that others have too. It was a very good experience working with Alison, Lou, Kelly and the whole team to sell my house. Alison and the team staged my house beautifully with no extra charges, it was included in the service. I was kept well informed with the plan and activities. Their team also brought their truck to help me with removing some furniture and stuff and they dropped it at the charity again at no extra cost. There was a problem caused by the realtor of the other party before the closing; despite that Alison was extremely busy with her personal and professional priorities, she immediately took action to resolve the problem. Overall I am very happy with the service of whole team and I will use their service in future again as needed. Highly recommended!
