It was more than a month and we were struggling to get a condo. Despite having a good income and willing to pay upfront for 4 months, it was very difficult to get a condo for two reasons. Preference for locals with good credit history and a non-responsive agent from a different company.

We are glad we met Chloe. Once she was on board we were able to secure a Condo within a day.

We first got to know Chloe in 2020 when she helped us find a rental unit for our family. We had just become new parents and she worked around our unsettled routines very calmly and flexibly. Since she had been so great in helping us find our rental and ensuring we knew our rights as tenants, we naturally wanted to go back to her when we decided to buy something of our own. And we are so glad that we did! She was patient and attentive to our requirements from the place we now call home. She was never pushy to close a sale. Always made sure that the showings we went to were at least partially fulfilling our requirements and worth the time to visit. She is knowledgeable about the market and helped us navigate through different systems and processes with ease. She’s also been great with following through and if and when we need a realtor again we know who we’re going back to!
